Refunds Policy

A deposit is requested at the time of booking. This deposit is payable by credit card via STRIPE.

In case of cancellation, this deposit is not refundable.

Reservations are not transferable, changeable etc. to another day.

A payment request is sent to your email address, you pay online by credit card (this is possible even if you do not have a STRIPE account).

The payment of the balance must be made in cash and in yen during the first meeting (directly with the guide)

In the event that a reservation is canceled by the Customer, for whatever reason, the payments made are non-refundable.
